Burkina Faso is one of the larger dried-mango origins in West Africa, and the fruit holds colour and flavour well when it is dried carefully. We supply the main commercial varieties — Kent and Amélie for a sweeter, softer strip; Lippens, Keitt, and Brooks where buyers want a firmer bite or a particular profile.
