Quality & certification

Quality you can document at your port of entry

Certification is not a fixed claim — it is arranged per shipment against the requirements of your market. Here is how we manage it.

Food safety

Handling and packing follow HACCP principles — hazard analysis, controlled steps, and records at each stage from intake to container loading.

Organic certification

Organic lines are supplied with USDA Organic and/or Ecocert certification arranged for the specific shipment and destination. We tell you up front what a given lot can be certified as.

Traceability

Each lot carries a code that ties it back to the growing area and processing batch, so your compliance team can document origin.

Pre-shipment checks

Colour, count, moisture, and defect checks before loading. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, or your nominated agent) can be arranged at your cost.

Certifications referenced

Availability of each certification depends on the product, the season, and the lot. Confirm your requirement when you request a quote and we will tell you what we can provide for that shipment.

  • USDA Organic
  • HACCP
  • Ecocert

Some certifications above are held; others are arranged per shipment or in progress. Ask for the current position on your product before contracting.

Documents with each shipment

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of origin
  • Phytosanitary certificate where required
  • Organic transaction certificate for certified lots
  • Bill of lading
  • Quality / analysis report
